With a shared love for hospitality, Adina, Dan, and Gabe have turned their collective experience into something extraordinary: Commis. This Collingwood gem is more than a cocktail bar or restaurant; it’s a wine lover’s dream, an art gallery, and a community favourite. We helped them craft a brand that encompassed all these feelings.
