Creative Friend Studio is the solo design practise of Laura Chong. Laura has been freelancing for over 15 years, primarily working directly with clients but also lending a helping hand at various design studios and marketing agencies around Melbourne, Australia.

Hi friend! I’m an independent Brand Designer & Front-end Web Developer based in Melbourne, Australia. Equally comfortable in print and code, my passion lies in creating fun brands and fun(ctional) websites, especially for the hospitality & major events industries - think those venues/events you plan your weekend around (Food trucks at the AO, One Wybelenna Spa and The Sails Motel have been my favourite projects to-date!). On my client bucket list is to work some magic with Lululemon, Mecca & a boutique hotel.
In a past era, I was also a yoga teacher with a 500hr YTT qualification. But these days you’ll find me training at BFT, reading the latest rec from #booktok, or baking up a storm in the kitchen.
